SMARTMONKEY collects several categories of data detailed below. These data come from the information you provide when registering on our application.
These personal pieces of information are:
- Data allowing your identification (name, surname, profile picture)
- Information coming from your registration via your Facebook or Google account.
You have the option to log in to our application with your Facebook or Google account to facilitate access to our services. When you connect to our application via this third-party account, SMARTMONKEY may access certain information to offer you a personalized experience. Information collected by SMARTMONKEY on the application is not transmitted to social networks or Google without your consent.
It is your responsibility to manage your privacy settings on Facebook or Google when you wish to connect to SMARTMONKEY's services with your social network credentials.
We do not process special categories of data (sensitive data) such as data listed in Article 9 of the GDPR, which reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of individuals.
SMARTMONKEY retains your information as long as your account remains active, unless you request their deletion or that of your account. In some cases, we may retain information about you due to the law or other purposes, even if you delete your account.
SMARTMONKEY implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of services and to protect data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed personal data, or unauthorized access to such data.
SMARTMONKEY is committed to using all available means to ensure the security and confidentiality of this data, particularly:
- We encrypt most of our services using https technology;
- Access to personal data is strictly reserved for employees and subcontractors of SMARTMONKEY who need access to process them on our behalf. These individuals are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
SMARTMONKEY uses Supabase services to store and process your data. This service is located in Central Europe Zone 1.
In accordance with personal data regulations, you have the right:
